2021 Research Computing Bootcamp (July 12 - 14, 2021)
Interested in learning about High-Performance Computing (HPC)? Want to know more about how you can use Cloud Computing, GNU/Linux, and Virtual Machines to support your research?
UBC Advanced Research Computing (ARC) is hosting a 3-day Research Computing Bootcamp from Monday, July 12 – Wednesday, July 14 2021. This virtual training program will feature beginner and intermediate level courses on GNU/Linux, HPC, Cloud Computing and more. Additionally, ARC is hosting a DRI Open House and taking questions regarding the use of UBC ARC Sockeye and UBC ARC Chinook. Interested participants are encouraged to send in questions ahead of time on Slido.
