UBC Advanced Research Computing Sockeye Onboarding Session

This training session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. 

This 60-minute session is designed for those who have recently gained access to Sockeye, UBC’s high-performance computing platform.

The first 30 minutes will cover:

  • How to access Sockeye
  • An overview of its command-line environment
  • Key topics such as job scheduling, file management, and available software applications

The second half of the session will be dedicated to Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions and receive support.
