Digital Research Alliance of Canada is announcing a new call for applications – the Data Champions Pilot Project.
The pilot project will fund ‘Data Champions’ to develop activities at the local, regional and/or national level that advance awareness, understanding, development, and adoption of research data management (RDM) tools, best practices, and resources in Canada. The overall aim is to promote a shift in data culture within the Canadian DRI ecosystem by promoting sound RDM practices. The funding will provide up to $50,000 CAD per applicant to a diverse cohort of researchers who will take on the role of ‘Data Champions’.
Application deadline: Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 5 pm EST.
