Coming Soon: ARC Access Management Portal & Application Forms Outage
ARC is excited to announce the launch of the ARC Access Management Portal in February 2026, a new web-based platform designed to simplify and streamline access to UBC’s digital research infrastructure.
This self-service portal will enable researchers to:
Create projects and request resource allocations
Manage access and roles without contacting ARC Support
Renew allocations — all in one place
Application Forms Outage Notice
In preparation for this launch, the Sockeye and Chinook application forms will be offline from 10:00 AM on February 2 until 1:00 PM on February 5, 2026. Please be advised that any saved, unsubmitted application forms will be deleted during the outage. If you are planning to apply for a new allocation, please submit your application before 10:00 AM on February 2 or wait until after 1:00 PM on February 5.
Note that this outage affects only those planning to submit new Sockeye or Chinook applications. If you already have an existing allocation, you will not be impacted.
