UBC ARC is a joint initiative of the Vice President Research Office and the Provost & Vice President Academic Office to provide an institutionally-dedicated service for researchers across all disciplines that require large data and computational needs. We work with world-class researchers across all disciplines and explore new and innovative ways digital research infrastructure can help accelerate time to discovery and innovation.The ARC Student Assistant will work closely with the Systems Administration and Office Administration teams to perform a range of technical and administrative duties. This will result in valuable learning and professional development opportunities, as well as exposure to the interdisciplinary world of research computing services.
